Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sudanil.com and the services of Sudanil AI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Sudanil," "we," "us"). By using the site or working with us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

Sudanil builds AI automation systems for businesses, including conversational agents that run on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, and provides related consulting. The site describes that work and lets you book a call with us.

Client work

Paid work is governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or contract between Sudanil and the client. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document wins for the work it covers. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work until we agree to it in writing.

Using the site and our messaging numbers

You agree to use sudanil.com and any Sudanil-operated messaging number lawfully and not to send abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe it for weaknesses. We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

Content and ownership

The site's text, design, and code belong to Sudanil or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference. Please do not copy or republish them as your own. Work we build for a client is owned as set out in that client's agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our conversational agents run on platforms we do not control, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Those platforms have their own terms, and their availability, policies, and pricing can change without notice to us.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we make no promise that they are error-free or uninterrupted. AI systems can produce mistakes. Where we build one for you, the standard it must meet is set in your agreement, not on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sudanil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. For client work, our total liability is limited as set out in the client's agreement, and in any case to the fees paid for the work in question.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
