Sudanil AI ("Sudanil," "we," "us") builds AI systems for businesses, including automated messaging agents that operate on WhatsApp via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. It covers sudanil.com and any WhatsApp Business number we operate, for ourselves or on behalf of a client.

Information we collect

When you message a Sudanil-operated WhatsApp number, we receive what WhatsApp provides to any business account: your phone number, your WhatsApp display name, the content of the messages you send, and message timestamps and delivery status.

When you use sudanil.com, we collect what you submit directly — for example, your name, email, or company details through a booking or contact form. We do not run visitor-tracking analytics on the site beyond standard hosting logs.

How we use it

• To operate the conversational agent — reading your message, looking up the correct catalog, pricing, or business information, and replying.
• To maintain conversation history so the agent (or a human we hand off to) has the right context.
• To route a conversation to a human team member when the agent cannot answer confidently.
• To review and improve the accuracy of our systems.

How we share it

Messages you send us are transmitted and processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), which is how WhatsApp messaging works technically — Meta's own privacy terms govern that transport layer. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and database services) to run and store the service; they process data only to keep it running, not for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain conversation data for as long as needed to provide the service, answer follow-up questions, and improve accuracy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your choices

Message "STOP" to any Sudanil WhatsApp number to end the conversation, or email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and update the effective date above.
